Terms of Service

Effective: May 31, 2026 · Last updated: May 31, 2026

Consent to Receive SMS Messages

By providing your phone number and consenting verbally during an inbound dispatch call, or by submitting your contact information through this website, you agree to receive SMS messages from Project Hook related to your tow request, including dispatch confirmations, live tracking links, ETA and arrival updates, and secure location-sharing requests to help your driver find you.

Opt-Out Policy

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS updates but may still receive email or phone communications as part of your service agreement.

Message Frequency and Rates

Message frequency will vary depending on your service requests and account activity. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier's plan.

SMS TOW STATUS & LOCATION SUPPORT

How customers opt in: When you call a tow company powered by Project Hook, our dispatcher asks for your permission before any text is sent — for example: "Is it okay if I text you a link to track your driver?" Saying yes on the call is your consent. You will only receive texts about your active tow request: a dispatch confirmation, a driver tracking link, arrival updates, or a secure link to share your exact location if you're stranded somewhere hard to find.

You can also opt in using the form below:

1. The Service

Project Hook provides 24/7 inbound call handling, bilingual dispatch, driver SMS coordination, and related operations software to towing companies operating in California and other jurisdictions where the Service is offered. Specific features available depend on the subscription tier purchased.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Project Hook service ("Service"), operated by Superior AI Solutions LLC ("we," "us," "our"), a California limited liability company headquartered in Hemet, California. By accessing this website, booking a demo, or using the Service as a paying customer, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to bind the business you represent. You must operate a licensed towing business (or be authorized by one) and comply with all applicable laws including motor carrier regulations, California CHP rotation requirements where applicable, and consumer protection laws.

3. Account and subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. A one-time setup fee applies at the start of service. You may cancel at any time with at least 14 days notice before your next billing date — there are no long-term contracts. Refunds beyond the 90-day money-back guarantee period (see Section 9) are issued at our discretion.

You're responsible for keeping your account contact and payment information current. If a payment fails, we may suspend the Service after providing notice and a reasonable cure period.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to:

5. Call handling and recording

The Service records and transcribes calls handled on your behalf. You authorize us to record these calls. You are responsible for ensuring the call disclosure in your agent's prompt complies with California's two-party consent requirement and any other applicable laws in jurisdictions where your callers may be located. We provide a default compliant disclosure; you are responsible for keeping it intact.

6. Data ownership

You own your business data, including job records, customer information, and call recordings generated through the Service. We process this data on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy. Upon termination, you can request an export of your data within 30 days of cancellation, after which we may delete it from our active systems (subject to legal retention requirements).

7. Service availability and changes

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows are scheduled outside peak hours where possible. We may add, change, or remove features. Material reductions to features included in your current tier will be announced at least 30 days in advance.

8. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers including Twilio, Retell, Supabase, and others. We don't control these providers and aren't liable for their outages or changes, though we'll do our best to maintain reliability across the stack and notify you of significant disruptions.

9. 90-day money-back guarantee

If during your first 90 days you don't capture more jobs than you would have without the Service, you may request that month four be credited until you're satisfied. To qualify, you must have provided accurate rate card and dispatch settings, kept call forwarding active for the full 90-day period, and used the Service in good faith. The guarantee covers the monthly subscription fee only — setup fees, telecommunications usage, and third-party costs (Twilio call minutes, SMS, etc.) are non-refundable.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly accurate. Voice dispatch involves automated systems and there is always some risk of misunderstanding or transcription error. You are responsible for reviewing dispatch outputs and exercising professional judgment.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost business, or loss of CHP rotation standing, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Superior AI Solutions LLC, its officers, employees, and contractors from any claim arising out of your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, your violation of applicable law, or your violation of any third-party right.

13. Termination

You may cancel at any time per Section 3. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Service in a way that creates legal or operational risk for us or other customers. We'll give written notice and an opportunity to cure where reasonable.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Riverside County, California, and the parties consent to personal jurisdiction there.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we'll notify the account administrator by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
