Privacy Policy

Effective: May 31, 2026 · Last updated: May 31, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Superior AI Solutions LLC ("we," "us," "our"), the company that operates Project Hook ("the Service"), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit projecthook.tech, book a demo with us, or use Project Hook as a paying customer.

1. Information we collect

1.1 From prospects and demo requests

When you submit a demo form on this site, we collect:

We use this only to follow up about your demo and onboarding. We do not sell it, share it with advertisers, or use it for retargeting.

1.2 From paying customers (tow company operators)

When a tow company uses Project Hook to run dispatch, we process the following on their behalf:

For this category of data, the paying tow company is the data controller. We are the data processor, acting only on their instructions and only as needed to run the Service.

1.3 From website analytics

We use basic analytics to understand how visitors arrive at and move through the site. We do not use third-party advertising cookies and we do not sell visitor data.

2. How we use information

3. How we share information

We share information only in these limited ways:

We do not sell personal information, and we do not "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act.

4. Call recording and monitoring

California is a two-party consent state. When Project Hook answers a call on behalf of a tow company, callers are notified at the start of the call that the call is being handled by an automated dispatch system and may be recorded for quality and training. By continuing the call, callers consent to recording. Tow company customers are responsible for ensuring this disclosure remains in their configured agent prompts.

5. SMS messaging (text messages)

SMS Communications

Project Hook may use text messaging (SMS) to communicate with tow customers regarding their active tow request, including dispatch confirmations, live tracking links, ETA and arrival updates, and secure location-sharing requests. By providing your phone number and consenting verbally during an inbound dispatch call, or by opting in through our website, you consent to receive SMS messages from Project Hook.

Message frequency may vary based on your service activity. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message.

Data Use and Sharing

We respect your privacy. Your contact information, including your mobile number, will only be used to provide the services you requested and will not be sold, rented, or shared with any third parties for marketing purposes. Project Hook may share limited data with contracted service providers solely for the purpose of delivering dispatch services or managing communication systems (e.g., Twilio).

Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect client information against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

Project Hook sends transactional SMS messages on behalf of tow companies. SMS is sent only to tow customers (people who called the tow company for service), who receive:

Customers consent verbally during the inbound dispatch call; the automated agent asks whether it's okay to text a tracking link before any message is sent. Drivers receive job notifications through a separate messaging app (Telegram), not SMS.

SMS practices:

If you received an SMS and don't know why, reply HELP or contact us at benhenderson@superioraisolutions.app.

6. Data retention

We retain demo request data for up to 24 months after last contact, then delete or anonymize it. Customer call recordings and job records are retained according to the customer's chosen retention period (default 12 months) or longer if required by law. Customers may request deletion of specific records at any time.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@superioraisolutions.app. We respond within 30 days.

If you're a caller whose information was captured by a tow company using Project Hook, please direct your request to that tow company first, since they're the controller of your data. We will assist them in fulfilling your request.

8. California-specific rights (CCPA / CPRA)

California residents have additional rights, including:

To exercise these rights, email privacy@superioraisolutions.app.

9. Security

We use encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest where supported by our vendors, role-based access control, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect the data we hold.

10. Children's privacy

Project Hook is a B2B service for tow company operators. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top and, for paying customers, notify the account administrator by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
